Pricing

What exactly counts as a ticket submission?
A ticket submission is one completed load ticket form submitted by a driver. That's it — one ticket, one count regardless of how many photos are attached to it.
Do photos attached to a ticket count toward my total?
No. Drivers can attach as many photos as needed to a ticket — scale receipts, site photos, signatures — and none of them count toward your ticket total. You're only ever billed for the ticket itself.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts, no commitments. haulingflow is a month-to-month service. You can cancel at any time and you'll never be locked in.
Are there per-truck or per-driver fees?
Never. You can add as many trucks and drivers as your fleet requires at no additional cost. Pricing is based entirely on ticket volume — not the size of your roster.

Setup & Devices

What devices does haulingflow work on?
haulingflow works on any modern smartphone — iPhone or Android. The driver-facing ticketing app runs directly in the browser, so there's nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play.
How do drivers install the app if it's not in the App Store?
Drivers install haulingflow directly from their phone's browser in seconds — no app store required. The Quick Start Guide walks through the exact steps for both iPhone and Android. It takes less than a minute and the app icon lands right on their home screen just like any other app.
How long does it take to get my fleet set up?
Most fleets are fully set up and submitting their first digital tickets within the same day they sign up. The admin dashboard guides you through adding trucks, drivers, customers, and job sites — all of which become the pre-filled dropdowns your drivers use in the field.
How much training do drivers need?
Very little. The ticketing form is built around the same fields drivers already fill out on paper — truck, customer, job site, material, hours. The difference is they're tapping dropdowns instead of writing. Most drivers are comfortable after their first ticket.

Security & Privacy

How are passwords protected?
All passwords are hashed using bcrypt — an industry-standard one-way encryption algorithm. In plain terms, your actual password is never stored anywhere. What's stored is a scrambled mathematical representation of it that cannot be reversed. Not even haulingflow staff can see or recover your password. If it's lost, it gets reset — never retrieved.
Who can see my ticket data?
Your data is stored securely on private servers and is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than operating the haulingflow service. haulingflow staff may access data only as necessary to provide technical support or resolve issues.
Does haulingflow sell or share my data?
No. Your operational data — tickets, drivers, customers, job sites — is your business information. haulingflow does not sell it, market with it, or share it with any third party for any reason.

Trial & Billing

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No credit card required. Sign up, set up your fleet, and start submitting tickets — all before you ever enter a payment method.
What happens when the 30-day trial ends?
When your trial expires you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue the service. Your data and setup are preserved — nothing is lost. If you decide not to continue, your account simply becomes inactive.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account becomes inactive and your data is retained for a reasonable period in case you return. If you'd like your data permanently deleted, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work with you directly.
